We believe in finding the right people through diverse and effective recruitment methods. Our recruitment team will advertise the role on our internal job portal and various job boards, including LinkedIn, and engage with recruitment agencies when necessary. If you're a current employee, you'll be encouraged to apply internally, as we value promoting from within.
We also consider referrals from our team and create targeted recruitment campaigns. The goal is to ensure we are casting a wide net to bring in the best talent. |
| Interviews & Selection | Once we have received applications, we'll review them carefully and shortlist candidates based on the job requirements and competencies. Our interviews can be conducted in person or virtually and are typically competency-based. You may meet with the hiring manager and other team members, and in some cases, clients may also be involved in the process. |
| Background Checks & Screening | We take the safety and integrity of our workplace seriously. All candidates will undergo background screening, including verification of your credentials, criminal check, and other relevant assessments like psychometric tests, depending on the role. These checks are done with your consent to ensure we're making an informed decision. |
| Making the Offer | If you're the right fit for the role, we'll extend an offer to you. Once the offer is accepted, we'll finalize all paperwork and arrange for you to join the team. For internal candidates, we'll also ensure a smooth handover process from your current role. |
